I am really sad that my vacation in Tywyn is over. I had a great time at the Talyllyn Railway and I will definitely come back. I also want to thank everyone at the Talyllyn Railway that I was able to have a footplate ride on Tom Rolt! #NarrowGauge #TalyllynRailway

Just wanted to promote this as its rather important. Next year Cadbury No.1 turns 100 and a fundraiser has been going on since February but has only generated 220 out of 10000 needed to cosmetically overhaul her. if you can spare some time to even just read the post (1/2)

I have never been so disappointed by an engine than I by the decauville progress made by minitrains. Both instantly broke down on the layout and couldn’t even make a full loop on the layout. Maybe im just extremely unlucky. #NarrowGauge #009Gauge #ModelRailway

We at the Talyllyn Railway have news this morning: 🚉 We are to be rebranded imminently as Talyllyn Line 🚄 Following the launch of Great British Railways (GBR) branding recently, our umbrella organisation, Great Little Trains of Wales, is now Great Little Welsh Railways (GLWR)!
