Fucked to hear that management and the direction of the company continue to be the causes behind graduation and ceasing talent activities. Cover is emerging into a new era but man, with 2 terminations and 4 basically graduations, you'd think something would change internally.

Brand loyalty is worthless in this instance. We're here for the talents, not the company, which only serves to glue and support them. Didn't expect them to genuinely care about talents but thought they'd make an effort for their profits and customer base's trust, at least.
