Ram getting expensive, SSD storage becoming expensive. Will us developers be forced to become efficient again ? Back to the days of squeezing out every byte of memory and storage with crazy hacks and optimizations ? It might be good for software honestly.

This seems ok. But I can't stand bills/laws written in specific dollar amounts. In 10 years every property could be 5 million and more due to any number of factors and then everything is included.
