All Colleges Scotland needs to do to stop strike action is to ratify the deal their negotiators tables and EISFela ratified. But they haven't and wont answer the most simple of our questions. Why? #collegesneedlecturers

Sheer duplicity from Colleges Scotland they wrote the description of a lecturer the EIS ratified but wouldn't ratify their own description. Doing so would have prevented a strike. They are throwing an entire year of students to the wolves and Nicola Sturgeon and Scottish Government don't care

Great news that EISFela have, once again, been able to ratify the new deal which was negotiated. Fingers crossed Colleges Scotland are able to follow suit this time and resolve a strike which is putting at risk the huge sacrifice made by students and lecturers through the pandemic
