Doesn’t this go against the premise of afc? We have equal pay for equally valued skill sets/responsibilities. I feel this could lead to pay increases for nurses, while other groups of vital NHS staff are left behind with a smaller voice. Glad the IBMS are raising this #ibms #nhs

How hospitals get away with saying 5-7pm on a Friday night doesn’t count as “unsociable hours” is beyond me. These are key party hours
