Pegasus feels so much faster and hyperparamter defaults are so much better than scanpy. Hmmm. Should I redo all my work using scanpy to see if biology starts making more sense in my data???!!!

Is it bad to do science based on a glorified hunch? I thought it does not matter where hypotheses come from… maybe my hunches are glorious for a reason, just need to find out why and in what way.

Is there any way of making Moondream work within a 3D space, like 3D constructed maps taken from z-stacks? Looking for ideas, 'easiest' would be to run inference on individual z-stacks, and then combine them using some logic, but sucks abit. Any ideas? moondream vik
