Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE science. I think researching ‘optimal’ methods are great BUT… Many of the people who I see getting caught up in “what is optimal” for every single variable don’t even push themselves 🤷🏼‍♂️ The magic they are looking for is in the WORK they are avoiding
