Today I’m traveling to San Francisco for oral arguments of the Religious Exemption Accountability Project case I’m a plaintiff in that’s being heard in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Once again, we are asking the court to protect LGBTQ+ students at ALL federally funded schools.

Currently, there are over 100,000 LGBTQ+ students at religious universities across the country who can be LEGALLY denied admission, expelled, harassed, and even forced into conversion therapy because their institution has been exempted from TITLE IX.
