Our paper on sgRNA profiling of #SARSCov2 Oxford Nanopore ARTIC Network genomes using periscope showing lineage specific changes is finally out! We find a striking increase in sgRNA abundance in B.1.1.7 infections and a potential sgRNA for ORF9b! 💥 nature.com/articles/s4200… short 🧵1/3
