great ride on Zwift today , day off work and 3 green jersey win out of four on the route aimed for 1 but 3 was amazing

What a week on Zwift start with 3 green jerseys out 4 four on one route friday, then second days gets me to Level 62 for 61 in a quick time, and then I end the with 102Km under the belt.

today’s ZNL ride on Zwift took me over the 10000km ridden. Happy Thursday :-)

first climb of Zwift TDF climb portal challenge felt a good climb.

another day and climb two done of Zwift TDF Portal, no bonus for climb two but go me FTP increase to my best ever so nice, aimed for a 28 min climb based on @zwiftinsiders guide to the climb and beat that just 😀

Climb three complete on Zwift TDF challenge, that has a hard climb but completed inside 90min which was my goal.

so happy to have completed Zwift 4th and final stage of the 2025 TDF climb portal challenge all done in 6 days, Col de la Madeleine in 1hr 40 min and ahead by 4 minutes Zwift Insider guide not bad when knackered and hurting. cant see this weeks climbs done again

oh my gosh what a nice surprise Zwift ride as 4 gearing choices :-). so ickes the flat route set and so ease to spin. hit some new wattage high a 5 second of 958w and a high peak of 982w so getting closer to wishful goal of 1000w

did the weekly route on Zwift and then thought do a pacer ride with Bernie, somehow lost him some how but took a green jersey in a sprint so cant complain to much.
