Another outrageously misleading headline from the BBC. The hospital in question is in England. That crucial fact should be prominent in the headline. By leaving it out the BBC is inviting folk to infer it's a Scottish hospital at the centre of police probes.

Radio Scotland Breakfast has employed a complete blackout of this news. BBC Scotland indulged the many attacks on the SNP Govt by David Hamilton, platforming him and dedicating a Scotcast programme to him, but has refused to report the court ruling that destroyed those attacks.
