Imagine having your deli item at the grocery store being rung up as 20lbs of almonds. It’s clearly a mistake but the manager insists that there is a “no refund” policy and makes you pay the $100 for the sandwich that you tried to purchase! This is how Travelocity handles issues!

I’ve had the privilege to travel quite a bit this last year- trusting businesses in Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and more. I’ve been amazed by the universal customer service! Ironically, only one has failed to make things right. DO NOT trust Travelocity for international travel.

I love traveling internationally ! There are risks involved but it’s amazing how fair and honest people can be. As an American, it’s even humbling sometimes. Unfortunately, Travelocity is NOT an ally when you need help. Be cautious trusting them with your money.
