I think the biggest residency adjustment for me has been missing out on church EVERY Sunday watching it online after the fact is just not the same and trying to escape the feelings of disconnect is extremely difficult 😭

Pre-lim year is funny because one week I’m talking with patients on a psych rotation about methadone and the next I’m on a niche derm rotation learning about vulvar lesions. Although the variety is fun, this is me every time I pass the rehab hospital
