Big fail on Turning Point USA 's alternative halftime show. Instead of presenting artists that show godly, Christian values, it's bland, secular "bro country" and hard rock. This one artist was promoting being a member of the "drinking class." A huge miss with a platform this big.

We missed this because we turned it off during the excessive Intro to Kid Rock. But this truly Is remarkable. May God continue to salvage and save souls from all of us imperfect messsengers.

A Super Bowl halftime show shouldn’t be divisive. That’s all. The NFL needs a front office overhaul. The intelligence there is not artificial. It’s just lacking.

Your greatest blessing will come today as you turn your life toward Jesus in hope and faith. He is sovereign, completely sufficient and a dear solace in times of turmoil. Release your cares into His hands. Trust Him.

I may eat my words, but Apple’s attempt at an AI pin device will go the way of the Newton. This is DOA. What do you think?

If the LORD your God enlarges your territory.. — provided you keep every one of these commands I am giving you today and follow them, loving the LORD your God and walking in his ways at all times.” (Dt 19:8-9) Loving obedience precedes expanded blessing from God.

Here are two books that I can’t recommend but that made me think. I post critique, hoping to be simultaneously helpful and charitable. Also an encouragement - let’s all be more honest about books that missed the mark? open.substack.com/pub/journeyguy…

So it turns out that working around the house/garage and forgetting you donated blood in the a.m. can confuse you when you get dizzy.. All good. Just kept thinking.. “What in the world?”
