This debate exists only because Ghewar in any other part of the country (esp Delhi and Punjab) outside Rajasthan is made in the most corrupt way. If you have ever eaten Ghewar in Rajasthan, especially Jodhpur, only then will you realise how heavenly an authentic ghewar tastes.
