1.Hybrid Planning Application, Kenilworth. BHB were appointed to prepare the detailed element of a Hybrid Planning Application, on behalf of Barwood Land. The detailed works comprised the first phase of residential development, delivering 98 new private & affordable dwellings…

2. … and illustrated how the principles of the outline masterplan could be delivered on future phases. The Local authority were given confidence by the high quality nature of the proposed development and as a result the application was granted permission by committee this week!

The Hub at St Marys is currently hosting a visiting exhibition; Gaia, which ends next week. Well worth a visit! We have enjoyed working on the conversion of this building to form the Arts Centre & Library in Lichfield. We look froward to sponsoring further events later this year
