Dear Consumer Affairs,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue with my purchase from Amazon India, paid via State Bank of India credit card. Details:Item: Narzo 60 Mobile Purchase Date: December 2023 EMI Option: 24 Months Despite selecting the 24-month EMI option.

I was charged the full amount. Both Amazon India and SBI Card have refused to address the issue. Amazon claims it is the bank's responsibility, while SBI states they received no EMI request from Amazon. Resolution Sought:Immediate conversion to the 24-month EMI plan.

Investigation into the EMI conversion failure.Assurance of no late fees or interest due to this issue.I have attached relevant transaction receipts and correspondence for reference. Your intervention is requested to resolve this matter promptly.
