My Ola S1 Pro(1st gen) has been absolutely dead since yesterday. This happened the 2nd time in a year . Ola is making fool by putting substandard batteries in high class( as advertised by them)scooters.

#SavingsWalaScooter In the last 2& 1/2 years of purchasing Ola S1 Pro I expended more than 20K to 25K on borrowing others ICE bikes & on fuelling other's bikes as much as 5 times my Ola had break down & for More than 5 months kept at different service centres. Great humiliation.

I raised a ticket for long-standing issues, and as a habitual offender their solution was to do my service 484 km away from my home. How is a customer expected to travel that distance for a repair? This is completely unacceptable and horrible experience.
