Those who follow the MAC closely haven’t talked much about NIU CB Jacob Finley (Jacob Finley) — and I’m not sure why. Finley shows excellent patience, with the long speed to stick with vertical threats on the outside and the short-area quickness to mirror shifty slot receivers.
