I just discovered a trove of 2008 photos I stashed away in a folder. Yesterday, walking over the Brooklyn Bridge I took an 'after' of one.
Tremendous. I have 100s of photos of NYC places (video too, of course!) that have changed dramatically.

And it's not enough just to commit capital: NYC Housing also must follow through by speeding up the time it takes to fill affordable units.
Last year, the median time to fill 95% of affordable units in new buildings was 262 days—nearly 9 months—up 56% from 2022.
