Today I did something that I haven’t done since I tore my meniscus in my left knee 3 1/2 years ago: I walked over the Brooklyn Bridge.

It’s also the first time since they put in a #bikenyc on the roadway and banished vendors from the bridge.

It was so wonderful & peaceful!

I just discovered a trove of 2008 photos I stashed away in a folder. Yesterday, walking over the Brooklyn Bridge I took an 'after' of one.

Tremendous. I have 100s of photos of NYC places (video too, of course!) that have changed dramatically.
