Brilliant work from Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board 👏 Their joined-up telehealth service for dysphagia, nutrition and meds cut hospital referrals by 56% and saved 66 bed days/year. Scaled across Wales? Potential to save 5,500+ bed days and £4.1 MILLION annually.
