On BBC Midlands at 6.30pm, I’ve been speaking to the family desperately trying to find their stolen dog. Coco was taken from a car park in Moseley in Birmingham, just seconds after arriving for a walk. A charity helping to search for her say dog thefts have gone up 67% this year.

Coco is a 16-month-old spaniel who was stolen in the Moseley area of #Birmingham last week. Dog owners fear there's an increase in animals being taken as criminals look for ways to make money during the pandemic. #FindCoco ➡️bbc.in/3d2qqMA
