Today I have been at Derby university covering there open day. Despite the hot weather it was an amazing experience and I was able to explore my local university, whilst doing what I love. A massive thank you to Marie for getting us all ice-creams. #askme about St John cadets

🎉fundraising🎉 Today I’ve been out with unit to help raise money for St John all the cadets have been helping to prepare for this weekend and it was massive success. I’ve managed to gain a new dolphin teddy and put the sirens on in the ambulance, whilst also demonstrating CPR.

#askme how youth leaders change lives I’ve been back to Birmingham today for the unit buddy research and development day with Malachi Hutchful Emily Smith. We had some great discussions and a trip out for lunch, The unit teddy even made it to the restaurant. #mystjohnday

Riverside Day One Despite the rain and lots of mud day 1 had been an amazing day, bring on day 2 #mystjohnday #riverside

#RiversideFestival Day 2 While we did still end up covered in mud the rain held off and sun came out, our treatment centre manger even made a pond which was loved by everyone who passed by. It’s been such a great experience surrounded by some amazing people. #mystjohnday #stjohn

Today I’ve been back to Birmingham. We’ve been filming content for the new Equality, Diversity and inclusion E-Learning. It’s been amazing to finally see all our hard work coming together, Thank you to everyone who filled out our inclusion survey. #mystjohnday

Happy #InternationalYouthDay2023 Recently I’ve attended the #IBTPHEM mass casualty training to support the training of future critical care, the slanted train really put our skills to the test and it gave me some valuable experience working alongside multiple agencies. #Youth

#Ilkeston you where amazing ! It’s been great to cover Ilkeston’s first music festival. Our cow even made it on the stage, any name suggestions ? (she’s still nameless) it was such an amazing night with some really amazing bands, it’s great to see the community come together.

Amazing day at Wilne 10k providing medial cover for the athletes who did so well in the weather conditions, Ilkeston unit cow has been out to help, including getting to try out CRU and see some real life cows before posing at the Finnish line and congratulating all the runners.

#RUNLeicester was such a great experience and I’m so greatful I was able to go, didn’t manage to many photos but Ilkeston’s cow made to the finish (she has officially been named Lucy) Well done to all Involved
