YWCA Kenya is part of a 3 days training program by @Norecno and all it's partners taking place in Nairobi 🇰🇪. The main objective of the training is to understand the crucial factors for a successful exchange project among others. #SRHR

Since 2001 @Norecno has engaged more than 10,000 exchange participants across the globe. This weekend @Norecno gathered 30 previous Norec participants in Nairobi 🇰🇪, where 4 were from YWCA Kenya to help them meet, engage & network.

Super proud of myself, partner coordinators & outgoing @Norecno participants for a successful year of professional exchange in Kenya, Norway, Ethiopia, Tanzania and South Sudan. On to our next round (2023-2024) of creating change through exchange.
