Hey swimmers and divers don’t forget we have a short meeting tomorrow at 4. Meet at the LHS pool. Enter through the pool doors. If you can’t make it, let Mike or Kim know!

Did you miss the call out meeting? No worries, get ahold of either Coach McLochlin or Coach Shannon. Workouts start next Monday July 13th 9AM. Dry land on Monday and Thursday, in the pool Tuesday and Friday. Check out the schedule!

Take note of the revised schedule for the rest of July. Both swimmers and divers will be in the pool on Mondays and will do dryland together on Tues and Fri. Great week of Practice!!!
