Why do media persist in giving politicians titles they don’t deserve?In their capacity as ‘servants’ of the public, they’re neither excellencies nor honourables, & they’re not Drs either if the titles are honorary & not earned. We can be respectful without being obsequious.

The problem is that you think people can't do it for themselves. You need to learn to fight alongside the people, not for the people. Empower people to fight their own battles, constructively and with tact. But b’coz your only tool is a hammer, you treat every problem as a nail.

Mass unemployment and hunger, scary levels of GBV, abuse and neglect of children, rising levels of corruption .. the list goes on, yet rather than seek solutions to these and other national problems, our Parliamentarians are way more obsessed with bedroom politics. Go figure.
