Very proud Dad today. Myself and Josh (10 years old) hit 1000km of exercise for the year. Mainly on the exercise bike with a bit of running. Josh hasn't moaned or groaned and has pushed himself to keep fit. We both miss our football, rugby and cricket. #lockdown2021
