2) Before RPA invasion in 1990, Rwanda had around 5k soldiers, by 1992 around 30k had been mobilized following the invasion. Considering that FAR lost to RPA, it's reasonable to say that many soldiers died. If so, how many FDLR remain today in DRC if by 2004, 20k had returned?

3) In 2022, Former Amb. of Rwanda to DRC claimed that FARDC had done a great deal in eliminating FDLR. So, how much of a threat is FDLR, that in 2004, Kagame himself claimed that few remain? Then Karega also said the same thing! Something is off here!
