Interesting morning comparing first batch of Carignan lambic 2014 with the most recent 2024. The 2014-musty fruit notes, the lambic flavours dominate, it is also very dry. The 2024-very vibrant fruit forward the lambic subdued. Enjoyed both think I would like something inbetween
