Industrial action by junior doctors means local A&Es will be very busy with long wait times. Only call 999 or go to A&E for a life-threatening or serious illness/injury that needs immediate assessment & treatment. For everything else, use 111.nhs.uk

Local GP surgeries, community pharmacies and dental practices remain open and unaffected by the industrial action being taken currently by junior doctors. Please continue to use these services for urgent, but not emergency, medical problems and advice as needed on strike days.
