I've made the mistake of buying a domain for a side project I only just started building.

The mainstream success of Wordle has made me realise two things: 1) People are a lot more comfortable with web apps / pin to home screen than I thought 2) nobody gives a shit about the domain

It's been a while. Thinking of starting posting again because I have a side project and need the extra motivation that comes from sharing. Worried this place has completely gone to shit since I was last here and it would be a waste of time / very bad for my mental health.

I really did pick a bad time to start using twitter again didn't I? Jesus this place is depressing.

I've given bluesky a proper go today, and found it so much nicer than this dumpster fire. I migrated a huge chunk of my follows with the sky bridge extension, and it's already feeling like twitter from a few years back (in a good way).
