When you incorporate convicts on probation or incarcerate in other institutes, you'll see the amount of people in our justice systems is staggeringly high.

By bringing cats into prisons as a reward program for inmates, we are decreasing rates of violence and sexual assault among prisoners. It is a wonderful addition to corrections, and can teach long-term skills that'll assist convict reentry, and reduce recidivism rates.
