. Delta rebooking my 4 year old child on an international flight BY HERSELF with no notification to her parents. Been on a chat for 2 hours…keep getting transferred. Can’t get anyone on the phone.

. Delta have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.

Update from Delta. They have now separated my 4 year old and me from my husband. Literally just bumped us from our flight we booked months ago and paid for. Trying to rebook us on a flight that won’t get us home for another day. Transferring my convo to some AGAIN.

They literally will just end the convo and “transfer” you to someone else that is equally incompetent. As a reminder this started because Delta bumped our 4 YEAR OLD TO AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT BY HERSELF. That was 12 hours ago and this is still unresolved. #delta is THE WORST.

They Delta claims they are experiencing higher than normal calls…well if they weren’t bumping CHILDREN FROM FLIGHTS WITH THEIR PARENTS maybe they wouldn’t be getting so many calls. Going on 6 hours of being on a chat line and not being able to get anyone on the phone. #delta
