🌊 like I said exclusively sea swim content. #compassionrevgratitude 1. grateful for my body & mind keeping me in the water, allowing me to reflect & feel 2. grateful that I've seen the sunrise whilst bobbing in the ocean for the last 3 days. 3. grateful that it's Friday!

After some time to sit on it. I'm super proud of myself for making it around Cardiff Half 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice It wasn't my fastest half by any means, but 3 days ago I was laid up in bed and I hit a mental barrier at mile 10/11 so I should just be proud I made it around 💚

Onto my 38th consecutive cold water dip tonight in aid of Dreamflight Official and with the air temp at 3 degrees and the water at 8 degrees, it was slightly chilly but amazingly serene. Any donations are so hugely appreciated for this awesome charity and my ridiculous challenge 🧊☃️

Just the trailer brought up some horrible memories but intrigued to see how this goes. Because the reality was so different to what the public were told and is so important. So important, but know it will be a difficult watch.

Washing away impending changeover anxiety in the only way we know how these days… by getting in a body of wild Welsh water 🏔️♥️
