The hospitality industry, one of the country’s most important sectors, is screwed and scapegoated once again. Despite restaurants,pubs and bars being responsible for a mere 2% of cases. Millions of jobs gone, thousands of businesses destroyed. Where’s the evidence? A disgrace

From Wednesday morning, you can get a haircut, go in and out of shops all day long, they might even allow this increased to 24 hour shopping. But what you can't do, is stop for lunch, in a socially distanced safe and secure environment. Work that out.

When we do reopen hospitality, let’s get rid of the ridiculous meal rule. It discriminates and is an attack against class culture. Further more, hospitality should reopen at the same time as non essential retail. It is far more regulated, with far better measures in place.
