Today, this was what I needed.

This year we broke and rebuilt our curriculum. Responding to the challenges the last year or so have brought us, we have gone back to basics with a values-driven, truly alternative provision, and we are proud of it. Lots of work still to do, and we're looking forward to doing it!

Very much agree. Know what's happening (or not happening). Then plan how you will improve it. Then go back in and see how the plan is working.

I was struck by this today as our year 11s came in for another GCSE exam. In AP, we use the phrase "we go again" a lot, and here they are, doing just that. Huge respect for them. #thisisAP
