The current systems set up that require a phone and/or a computer and ID and transportation to get COVID tests right now DON’T work for many people who don’t have access to them (and for who COVID is disproportionately affecting in #ThunderBay right now). 😡

So we can’t go outside, we can get stopped by the police, but we can still go shopping. Thanks for... right, nothing.

Police over paid sick days... Again, who will suffer?

So they say, yes go outside with your family and in the same breath they’ve closed the parks and fields. So... where are we playing? Where are folks from apartments accessing green space? And am I getting stopped by the police if I’m out and about being outside?

Workplaces aren’t safe for workers until there’s paid sick leave.

I’m designating my backyard as a church so that my kids can still play outside with some friends. Honestly, even if he had said we’re keeping parks open but wear a mask I would’ve been fine with that.
