Tonight, a full moon, an explosion has been heard somewhere near the docks. The police stationed there are nowhere to be found, and the agents of the Order have been tasked to investigate.

A week has passed since anyone has last heard from Police Chief Malvar. With the entire population worried about his welfare, the Council has tapped on the Order of the White Lotus to check his house for any clues on his whereabouts.
