A few people wrote in to request Miacomet Golf Course: this Nantucket standout is one of the finest public golf courses in New England. Opened as a 9-holer in 1963 and expanded to 18 in 2003, Miacomet aptly means “Meeting Place.” I’ve never heard of anyone disliking this course.
