Shoddy job done by माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC on shimpoli road junction, borivali west. No leveling, no water cleaning. Just dumped loose tar grains while it's raining, clicked the photo and went. Ward RC BMC No wonder the repaired potholes resurface in few hours / days.
