Bristol City Council's Private Renting BCC Private Renting Team are responding daily to the increasing need for private housing, with affordability proving to be a common barrier and concern.

The Private Renting Team take daily direct referrals from the Homelessness Prevention Team here at BCC - working together across teams to relieve those in many forms of hidden homelessness and move them in to permanent, safe tenancies.

Thankfully due to Bristol's services and staff, the Private Renting Team BCC Private Renting Team successfully housed 3 St Mungo's clients last week, when they were ready to move on.
