I am seeing good Science and Technology teachers leaving the profession all across the NW. Many are moving into tutoring because they love teaching, but the 'other stuff' is too much. Recruitment is getting more difficult. We need a #APPG with teeth that can effect change soon.

Educational research can be a minefield, but the EEF resources and conclusions are always workable and pragmatic.
