We may be stuck at home, but Simon whittam are still on site at Beech St, Nelson, and have finished the WRC timber weatherboarding and buttermilk render on plots 3 & 4. No internal work can be done & materials are hard to find but doesn't the external work look spectacular?😍

Almost there! We've received keys to our new discount market value houses (3 reserved already) but still got utility connections and landscaping to finish off. Covid-19 slowed us down but, thanks to Simon whittam and our own efforts, we didn't stop.

We were very proud yesterday to show the MP Rt Hon Andrew Stephenson CBE , round our new affordable homes at Beech St, Nelson. No open day for us right now, but our supporters are being invited for individual tours. The design and quality is so impressive (thank you Simon whittam ).

We've found an FB post stating that investment at Hodge House playing fields has been secured by one specific political party. THIS ISN'T THE CASE! We've the backing of ALL elected Councillors. There's still a lot to do here-including finding grants and loans to pay for it all.
