What does a federal judge have to do to be impeached? A federal judge has now TWICE disobeyed Supreme Court orders in his cases, preventing the deportation of hardened criminals. That is not judicial "good behavior" under the Constitution. Will Speaker Mike Johnson impeach ANYONE?
