I'd indulge in some calligraphic nostalgia. One of my favourite books as a junior designer was The Universal Penman by George Bickham (1684–1758). I was thrilled when in 1996 his beautiful calligraphy was made into a font, Bickham Script #24HourChallenge lnkd.in/eShhnPk9
