I am having a terrible flight experience with Delta first they refused to hold a connecting plan for ten mins so I could make it. Now I’ve been calling to find out where my lost luggage is. No one at delta knows. They told me to call the airport but can’t give me the number

As a follow up, Delta could see my bag got on the plane but not off. They had supervisors and managers work with me. Turns out WestJet never notified Delta that my bag arrived, it was at YYC with West Jet before I even arrived. 5 stars delta, west Jet…not so much
