אני חושב שזו טעות אם לא נהיה ב-ERC, אבל (דל''פ) מענקי ISF הם כ-700 מיליון ש''ח בשנה ומענקי ERC בין 100-150 מיליון יורו בשנה, סכום דומה או קטן. ומרבית הכסף הזה מגיע מהמדינה. אם המדינה (ואני חושב שזה טעות) תחליט לתת את הכסף הזה ל-ISF במקום לאיחוד, זה לא יהיה סוף המחקר פה.
