Still amazes me how many coaches blame poor OL play on not being strong enough. Weight room is necessary but will only get you so far. Proper technique will make blocks athleticism/strength can’t. But when u put both together, sky’s the limit.. 🙏🏾🧘🏾‍♂️🙏🏾
