It doesn't matter that I'm this age and only three days ago figured out how to configure my browser's downloads to all go to my 8TB external drive instead of my Mac's System Disk. The fact that I have means I'm better than you at computers. (BTW it's in your browser preferences)

Much of the online help we rely on currently ("Chat Now!") is already bots, and I bet half the time we don't even notice. When we do, we don't care or give it much of a second thought.
