TIL: zsh has an on/off option called 'nonomatch' which does not switch off the (implicit, but non-existent) 'nomatch' option, which means that the 'match' option is not not switched off. So you can switch on or off the off-off-match option. Alles klar?

people seem very excited that chatgpt can expand a few bullet points into a lot of well-written text. it can also collapse a lot of well-written text into a a few bullet points. the latter is much more valuable, right?
